Serán expertos en recomponer fracturas ???
pero carecen del mínimo rigor médico. Tras llegar con mi cónyuge después de un duro atropello en pista, fuerte golpe en la zona lumbosacro y con una conmoción cerebral por el impacto de la caída con perdida de memoria, la administrativa se limita a indicar que ellos no tienen especialistas para la cabeza, obviando la fuerte contusión lumbar y que ningún médico la observó para valorar y descartar una posible gravedad mayor y nos remite a otro hospital cercano y que si queremos nos llama a un taxi.
Italia, Dolomitas, primer mundo. Patético.

I can only describe this as a 5 star service. Consult, MRI, admit, operate all in one day (I had torn ACL). Service is super-professional quick and kind. There was an ongoing impression that everyone in that clinic is a well trained professional - doctors, nurses and admin. personnel. Even after the discharge they were extremely quick to help with arranging medical documents for a flight. Granted, this only happened this week, and there is road of recovery ahead for me (and possible complications), but I have an impression that the medical advice and surgery was done with utmost professionalism. Stay safe and have insurance!

Just wanted to publicly thank Dolomiti sportclinic nurses and doctors and team. I'm from the US and was skiing the Dolomites with my family for the holiday. Torn ACL and meniscus and I am so glad I did the private clinic with this group. They were professional, courteous, competent, and communicative. The facilities are great and I'm grateful for the work they did to repair my ACL and meniscus in such a quick turnaround time. Same day as accident got my MRI at one of their outposts in plan de Gralba and then surgery that evening in ortisei. Saw me a few times after for check up's with different doctors and a mini PT session before getting home. All doctors were awesome and all spoke English. Great prices too when compared to the states. Can't recommend them enough if you are a local European or a medical tourist (planned or by accident like me from the states). Grazie mile!

Zuallererst möchte ich mich bei Dr Gorreri und Dr Gurndin bedanken für meine Visiten und die Op
Meinen allergrößten Dank möchte ich den Damen am Empfang sei es in Bozen als auch in Gröden aussprechen, denn soviel Freundlichkeit findet man sehr sehr selten... nimmermüde einem alles zu erklären und Antwort bekommen auf jegliche Fragen
Ein dickes Danke auch den Pflegern in der Klinik in Gröden und auch meiner Nachtschwester, glaube heißt Liesi ( wohnt in Völser Aicha )...habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt
Viele sagen, dafür hast du ja bezahlt...ich sage aber, nein, diese Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft kann man nicht kaufen...die hat man oder man hat sie nicht
Aber jetzt genug der Worte

I broke my leg while skiing (27/12/2024) and had surgery the next day at Dolomiti Sportclinic. The fracture was complicated (Weber C), attached MR photo.
First of all, I would like to sincerely thank everyone at the clinic, especially dr. med. Arnold Gurndin, who operated on me.
I would like to briefly present the treatment process. When I was looking for information myself at the time of the injury, I was unable to find information anywhere on the internet about how long the treatment would last and what the recovery would be like, etc.
On the fourteenth day, my stitches were removed. On the 15th day, I started physiotherapy and have been attending it once a week for 4,5 months. I regularly performed exercises every day as instructed by the physiotherapist. In the sixth month after the injury, I started seeing a kinesiologist (once a week).
I had a check-up with a traumatologist (X-ray) at week 7, who said that I could add 10 kg of weight to my leg every week. In week 9-10, I started to put weight on my leg by walking. In the 11th week, my traumatologist couldn't believe that I could walk normally (still walking slowly) after such an injury. In week 12, I took 9-10,000 steps a day without any problems. I started cycling 12 weeks after the injury.
I felt pain with every step. The pain also moves from one part of the injury to another, etc. The pain is decreasing with each passing month.
Today (11 months after the injury) I do everything I did before. Sports mean a lot to me. That's why I'm happy because I can dance all night, cycle, climb hills, run, etc. Now I've started jumping with a swing and it's going OK (of course to a lesser extent) …
There are no words to describe my immense gratitude to everyone at Dolomiti Sportclinic. I will be forever grateful.

Clinica eccezionale,personale preparato e gentilissimo sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema o a dare spiegazioni.
A partire dal dottore Gurndin molto gentile e impeccabile nelle spiegazioni e illustrare il mio problema all' anca e su come fare il percorso postoperatorio.
Un grazie anche agli anestesisti ,fisioterapista infermieri OSS e chiunque mi abbia seguito con passione e dedizione al lavoro fatto con la voglia di essere utile al paziente
Da condividere la mia esperienza e che altri abbiano la fortuna di venire a curarsi qui

Eine Erfahrung, die ich nicht unbedingt hätte machen müssen, aber so ist es nun einmal passiert. Nach meiner Sprunggelenksfraktur wurde ich in der Dolomiti Sportclinic operiert. Ich wurde hier sehr gut und freundlich behandelt und die Operation wurde mit hervorragender Professionalität ausgeführt. Nach 3 Monaten wurde ich sogar angerufen und gefragt, wie es mir inzwischen geht. Vielen Dank an alle, die mich nach meinem Unfall hier behandelt und versorgt haben!

Sono stato operato in questa clinica il 12 gennaio di quest'anno dopo una frattura scomposta del piatto tibiale ginocchio sx,voglio ringraziare tutto il team per la grande professionalità dimostrata, sto facendo tutte le terapie e chiunque mi visita,non fa altro che complimentarsi per il lavoro fatto dalla vostra equipe.
Il recupero è ancora lungo anche perché io vorrei tornare a fare tutto quello che facevo prima dell'intervento (mi piacerebbe tornare a praticare lo sport che per me è una vera passione, giocare a tennis) so che ci vorrà del tempo però mi incoraggia tantissimo sapere che sono stato operato in una clinica top.
Ringrazio tutto il personale della clinica che è stato altamente professionale e disponibile, un ringraziamento particolare al chirurgo che mi ha operato il dottor Ciprian Deaconescu

This is a good Clinic. Broke my leg at about 15.00 on the ski-slope: same evening (!!) I was operated and next day I made my first steps in recovery. All persons of the staff - medical / nursing/ office- were competent, kind, helpfull, and professional.
And on top of all that: nice view and good food.
Better not brake a leg, but if you do, Dolomiti Sportclinic is a 5 star recommendation.
