Dario is by far one of the best osteopath I have ever come across! Highly, highly recommend him!! I was working in Palermo and got sick and I suffer from TMJ and it flares up a lot when I get a head cold and I felt so much better after my first visit with Dario that I booked a second! Again, I could feel a huge difference and release and realignment of my jaw and thus saw him a third time before leaving Palermo. I am so grateful to Dario and think he is one of the best osteopath that I have ever found! I have scene a chiropractor in London for a while and Dario was able to do in 2 visits what took months for my London chiropractor to do for my jaw! Weather you are Italian, English, or another nationality, he is great at communicating no matter the languange! Again, cannot reccomend enough!! :) Thanks Dario!

I suffered severe back pain while on holiday near Palermo. I found Dott. Modestini online and contacted him asking if he had any appointments. He managed to fit me in that day, despite being on holiday himself at the time.

Dott. Modestini was very friendly and skillful. I had a thorough 1 hour treatment, followed up with an invitation to come back the following day for a further 1 hour session in his private gym.

Following the treatment and the exercises I was given during the gym session, I was almost pain free. Continuing with the exercises has further improved the pain.

Costs were very reasonable, and I would quite readily paid a lot more to relieve the pain. The combination of treatment and advice were the best I have received to date for this condition. I only wish I'd been able to consult him years ago.

One of the best osteopaths I had. During our trip to Italy I had some pain from my TMJ and was really lucky to find Dario. He did his treatment and showed me some exercises that helped me afterwards. Wish I could stay there for him to continue the treatment.
