The service I (didn't) experience was quite unprofessional. I had contacted them the day before to schedule a one-hour massage for the following day, and I was informed that I would receive a confirmation shortly. However, after four hours, I had to reach out again, and I eventually received confirmation for an 11:30 AM appointment the next day. Upon arriving at 11:25 AM, I announced my presence and was asked to wait. After waiting for 25 minutes without any communication, I ultimately left the spa without receiving the massage or any explanation. It's a shame, as the experience could have been wonderful, but I will unfortunately never know.

However, you could have reported it to us so we could resolve any issues, but you chose to leave without giving us a chance to address your concerns. We've been here for many years, but this is the first time we've encountered a situation like this. It's certainly not your review that disappoints us, but your rude behavior.

Had an expertise massage with Allesandro, focusing on the main issue I had. In good hands, literally, with this therapist. She's very intuitive and knowledgeable.
Highly recommend this place for treatments. Look forward to coming back again sometime :)
