My experience with Dott.ssa Lucia Bernhard was truly transformative. I was lucky enough to meet her at a time when I was looking for someone practicing Somatic Experiencing. I felt immediately at ease with her and she created a space that was both challenging and safe at the same time which is essential in this type of emotional work. She displayed an ability to both push but also respect limits that made it possible to open up new emotional spaces for wellness. I appreciated her use of different methods and willingness to adapt to my needs when we met. This included incorporating her skills as a physiotherapist when that type of work was most appropriate. I would highly recommend Lucia Bernhard to anyone looking to work on the mind body connection and am very I glad I found her.
